• All guests have usage facility of common areas and it is expected of the guests to respect the privacy of other guests/visitors.

• Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and may entail additional charges.

Reservation will be only guaranteed after 50% of the payment is deposited in the account. However, for booking of entire villa 100% advance payment has to be made at the time of booking.

Refunds if any, shall be wired to the same account from where the purchase was made.

Serendipity House shall strive to meet any special requirements of the guests, however, the same shall be subject to availability and procurement facility. This shall be on a chargeable basis.
